The theatre has a total area of ​​7,200 square metres. The large hall has a 724-seat auditorium capacity, while the small – 213, for it was designed for monodramas and chamber music performances. Macedonian National Theatre possesses most modern and sophisticated technical equipment within the frame of scenic technology, moving platforms, metal bars, and modular type of the overall staging area. It is a double stage with remarkable acoustics. The theatre has retained its authentic outside appearance.
